Due to the nature of our hair care products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Clear photos of the product and packaging
If approved, we will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund when appropriate.
